1.Download & install

2. Add scanned PDF/images
After opening the application, you can add scanned PDFs or scanned images into it by clicking the Add File (s) button at bottom of the interface to open file picker window in which you can choose files. Or you can use drag and drop operations to add files.
3. Set parameters
In the drop-down list above the “Output Options” group box, you need to choose a proper OCR option according to the language of the scanned PDF documents or scanned images.
In “Output Options” group box, you can choose to convert every PDF page to single Excel spreadsheet respectively or all the PDF pages to a single Excel spreadsheet.
In “Output Formats” group box, you can choose to convert the scanned PDF/images to Microsoft Excel 97-2003 XLS and MS Excel 2007 XLSX documents.
In “Page Range” group box, you can set page range.

4. Start the conversion
To start the conversion, please click button Convert at bottom of interface. In the pop-up “Browse for Folder” window, please choose an output location and click the OK button.
Then, the conversion from scanned PDF/images to editable Excel will run itself.
