Step 2. Add scanned PDF/image

Step 3. Choose OCR, output option and output format
- In drop-down list above the “Output Options” group box, you can choose a suitable OCR option.
- In group box of “Output Options”, you can choose to convert each PDF page to single Excel spreadsheet respectively or convert all the PDF pages to a single Excel spreadsheet.
- In group box of “Output Formats”, you can choose an output format.
Step 4. Specify page range
In group box of “Page Range”, please check the radio button of “Select Range” and then input the start and end page number in “From” and “To” edit box respectively. Please see it in the next snapshot.
Step 5. Run the conversion
To run the conversion, please click the Convert button at bottom of interface. In the pop-up “Save As” window, please set an output location and name for the target file, and then please click Save button.
