Different from other similar applications, EEPDF Document Converter Professional provides a GUI main program and two virtual printers (eePDF PDF Driver and docPrint). The GUI main program can convert Word, HTML, RTF, TXT, PS (PostScript), etc. files to PDF documents and images (JPG, PNG, BMP, TIF, EPS, PCX, etc.). The two virtual printers can convert almost all common formats to any format.

Firstly, please download EEPDF Document Converter Professional and install it on the computer. For the sake of convenience, please set docPrint as your default printer during the installation. After the installation, you can see two virtual printers— eePDF PDF Driver and docPrint in “Printers and Faxes”list on your computer.
Secondly, please open a printable file such as a Microsoft Office Word document, and activate the printing process. Then, an interface titled with “docPrint”like the following snapshot will pop up.
In this interactive window, you can set page layouts, such as page border, page number, page margins, watermark, etc. You can also set the number of page in one sheet of paper.
Before the conversion, you can also click File in the menu bar, and then select “Ink/Toner Saving Options” to open the “Ink Saving Options”interface in which you can enable the ink saving function.
After setting all print options and layouts, please select the “Save As” item in the File menu. In the opened “Save As” window, you can set the storing location, file name, target format, color depth, resolution, and compression method. In the “Save as type” drop-down list, please choose PDF as the target format. Then, please click the Save button in the “Save As”window.
Several seconds, you can check the target PDF file in the specified location.
