Step 1. Download and install
At first, please click the button shown below to download this application. Then, please install this app on your computer by double clicking the setup file and following the setup wizard.
Step 2. Add
After the installation, please open this application and then you can add PX3/PXL/PCL print files into the application. To add the print files, you can use drag or drop operations or click the Add File(s) button at bottom of the main interface to open file picker window in which you can choose files.
Step 3.Setting
Please click the Setting button at bottom of the main interface. In the pop-up window, please set PDF as the output format in the drop-down list of "Output format". Then, please click the PDF Security tab to switch to the "PDF Security"panel. After that, please check the radio button of "Encrypt PDF File" on the top of the "PDF Security" panel to enlighten the gray part of the panel. Please see it in the following snapshot.

In "User Password" edit box, you can input user password to protect the PDF from opening.

In "Master Password" edit box, you can input master password to prevent the PDF from changing, copying, printing, etc. (Please check the corresponding radio button in "Permission" group box after you input the master password.)

In "Encryption Level" group box, you can set the encryption level as "40-bit RC4 (Acrobat 3.x, 4.x)" or "128-bit RC4 (Acrobat 5.0)".
Step 4. Convert
At last, please click the OK button at the bottom of "PDF Security" panel to apply the settings and go back to the main interface. Then, please click the Start button at bottom of the main interface. In the pop-up "Save As" window, please set an output location and name for the target PDF, and then click the Save button to run the conversion from PX3/PXL/PCL to encrypted PDF.
