EEPDF Document Converter Professional is a powerful application that can convert any printable documents to PDF, such as Word to PDF, HTML to PDF, RTF to PDF, TXT to PDF, PS (PostScript) to PDF, etc. It also supports to convert Word, HTML, RTF, TXT, PS (PostScript), etc. to images (JPG, PNG, BMP, TIF, EPS, PCX, etc.)
In the following paragraphs, you will see how to use this application to convert several printable documents to one PDF document.
1. Please free download EEPDF Document Converter Professional. After the download, please double click the installer and follow the setup wizard to install it on the computer.
2. Please open the application and you can see the user interface of the application. When you add print files into it, please click Add File(s) button at bottom of the main interface and choose them from the opened file picker window. You can use drag and drop operation to add the print files.
3. To combine the added print documents into one PDF document, please click the Setting button at bottom of the main interface. You can see five tabs on top the opened window. In the “Base Setting” panel, please choose PDF as the target format in the “Output format” drop-down list. Then, please click the Save PDF Mode tab, and you can see an interface like the following snapshot.
In the “Make PDF files mode” group box, please tick the radio button of “Combine Documents into one PDF file”.
In the “Save mode” group box, you are able to set file name.
In the “Destination”group box, you can decide to overwrite, rename, insert before the first page, append to the last page if file exists.
4. After the settings, please click the OK button at bottom of the panel to apply the settings. Then, please click the Start button at bottom of the main interface. When the “Save As” window pops up, please specify a destination and a name, and then please click the Save button in the window.
With these steps, you can easily merge several print documents to a single PDF file.
