In this command template:

<pcl-file>:refers to the source PCL file.
[<image-file >]:refers to the target image file.
For example,
pcltool.exe -xres 200 -yres 300 C:\in.pcl C:\out.bmp
This example refers to convert PCL file to BMP image, and set the X resolution as 200 and Y resolution as 300.
Lastly, after you write the commands, please hit the Enter button on the keyboard to run the commands.
