Convert XLS to PDF, Excel to PDF

Step 2. Before conversion, set the options for your target converted PDF files. Press [Setting] in the main window and go to the dialog like that presented in the next screen snapshot.

In the dialog, [Properties] tab is for editing pdf properties such as pdf “Producer”, “Creator”, “Title”, “Subject”, “Author” and “Keywords”. The tab of [Security] is for setting the passwords to encrypting protecting the converted PDF files. [Viewer] tab is for presetting the behaviors of the PDF viewer when it is opening the converted PDF files. You can add the page number into the pages of converted PDF files in the tab of [Page Number], and add a watermark in tab of [Watermark]. Press [OK] to save the options and come to the main window of the program.

Press the button of [Convert to PDF and Save As] to open a dialog for setting a directory to store the converted PDF, and then press [OK] to complete the conversion.
