If you lose your registration code, or if you already purchased the program, but did not receive the registration code, please send email to the website at sales@eepdf.com. Don’t forget to include your order ID and registered email address which you used when ordering, and then we will find your registration code.

Q2: There is downloading and install problem with the download link you sent me.
