TXT to PDF, TEXT to PDF

This page is to introduce a tool of converting TXT to PDF, eePDF TEXT to PDF Converter. This program can convert textual files, e.g., txt files, to PDF format in a batch mode. It also supports to edit most of the PDF property information items for the converted PDF file.

Step 1.The following screen snapshot is from the main window form of eePDF TEXT to PDF Converter. In the upper left part is a table of file list where the files are for converting to pdf. You can handle those files in the file list with those buttons on the right side of the table. [Add files] is to add files via a dialog of Windows file picker, [Add folder] is to add a directory that contains the files to be converted, [Remove Files] is to remove selected items from the file list, and [Clear files] is to remove all the items in the file list. You can drag your txt files from the Windows Explorer and drop them into the main window form the program to add files into the file list.

[Setting] button below the table is for advanced PDF settings in the conversion. Pressing the button will activate a dialog of “Option” as presented in the next screen snapshot.

Step 2. In the tab [Properties] of dialog “Option”, you can set the pdf properties in the conversion from TEXT to PDF. The supported properties are “Producer”, “Creator”, “Title”, “Subject”, “Author” and “Keywords”. There are another four tabs for setting other PDF properties. [Security] is for encrypting the PDF file and controlling the access permissions. [Viewer] is for setting the behaviors of the PDF view which is opening the PDF file. [Page Number] is for setting the formats and location of page number in the pages of converted PDF file. [Watermark] is for some options of adding watermarks in the pages of converted PDF file. After setting all the required options the dialog, press [OK] to save the options and exit to the main window form the program.

Press button [Convert to PDF and Save As] to start the conversion from TEXT to PDF. Select a directory for saving the converted pdf files in the popup dialog of [Browse for Folder], and then your txt files are converted from TEXT to PDF.
