Step 1.The main window form the program is like that presented in the following screen snapshot. Please pull your files that are to be converted into the table of file list in the main window. You can use the buttons of [Add files] and [Add folder] to pull your files into the file list.
Step 2. Using the default settings, you can press the button of [Convert to PDF and Save As] under the table to start the conversion after adding your files in the file list. Edit the text box of “Input Directory” to specify the directory where the existing and newly updated PPT files will be automatically converted to PDF in the unattended mode. Specify a directory to save the converted PDF file in the input box of “Out Directory”. The “Log File Path” input box is for saving the process log for post-conversion inspection. Button [Return to Batch Mode] is for returning to main window form of the program. [Start] button in this dialog is to start the unattended conversion mode and [Stop] is to stop it. Press the button of [Setting] will activate the same dialog of “options” as that from the button in the main window form. In the “Option” dialog as presented in the last screen snapshot, you can add more information to your converted PDF files.
Step 3. In tab [Properties], you edit pdf properties like “Producer”, “Creator”, “Title”, “Subject”, “Author” and “Keywords”. In tab [Security], you can set the own and use passwords to control the access approaches to the converted PDF files. In tab [Viewer], you can control the behaviors of the PDF viewer that is opening the converted PDF files. In [Page Number] tab, you can add the page number into pages of converted PDF files. In the last tab [Watermark], you can add watermarks to the pages of converted PDF documents as will. After setting those options, press [OK] to exit the dialog and come to the “Hot Directories Mode” window form, the press [Start] to launch the unattended conversion from PPT to PDF.
