PDF to FAX Converter

PDF is a popular file format for exchanging and displaying documents on personal computers or servers. However PDF format is not compatible for FAX machine and you have to print the PDF document before faxing it. Step 1. In the upper right corner of the main window form is a table of file list listing those files that are for converting. You can press the button [Add] under the table to add your PDF files into the file list, or you can drag your PDF files from the Windows Explorer and drop them into the main window of the program. You can preview your PDF files in the file list in the left side of the main window form. Specify a directory for saving the converted images in the input box of “Destination folder”.

For converting to FAX compatible image format, you have to choose “TIF” in the dropdown list of “File type” and choose the compression method “Class F Fax File” in the child group box of “Compression” of the father group box of “TIFF” in the “Option” area. Check the box “Multiple pages” for converting multiple PDF pages to one single TIF image file. In the group box of “PDF” you can set the resolution of converted images and the page range for converting. If the “Page range” box is checked, only the PDF pages in the selected range will be converted. Set the color depth of in the dropdown list of group box “Image bit count” for the converted images to control the image quality. The supported bit counts are 1, 4, 8 and 24 bits for eePDF PDF to FAX Converter.

Press the button [Convert] to start the conversion after completing setting the options. After converting your documents of PDF to FAX compatible TIFF Class F format, you can directly fax the documents with a fax machine connected to your computer.
