PDF Page Organizer – Organize PDF Pages

There are more and more business documents being stored in PDF format and you may need a tool to organize your pages of pdf file. Here is a tool for you, eePDF PDF Page Organize, which can organize your pdf documents, in such as merging pdf files, splitting pdf files, removing pdf pages and extracting pdf pages. .

Step 1. The coming screen snapshot is from one tab of the main interface window of PDF Page Organizer. The four tabs provide four types of functions of the program. The page will introduce the function options of each tab.

The [Split PDF file/Extract pages] tab provides options for splitting one pdf file into multiple pdf files and extracting pages from a pdf file. The textbox is for specifying the name and the path of the source file. In the “Options” group box are some options for setting the ranges of page. “Split by bookmarks” is for splitting the original pdf file using the bookmarks as split points. “Split by every NUMBER pages” is for splitting every NUMBER of pages into one separate pdf file. “Split the document into single pages” is for extracting every page of the source pdf file into one single pdf file. “Specify pages” is for manually specifying page ranges that pages of every range will be extracted into one single pdf file. You can set the output path and name in the group box of “Output directory”. If you check the box of “Same as source”, the output pdf files will be saved in the same directory with that of the source pdf file. Press the [Run] button to run the process.

As presented in the second snapshot, the tab [Delete page/page range] is for deleting the specified pages from the source pdf files. The functions of options in group box “Source PDF file” are the same with those of the tab [Split PDF file/Extract pages]. “Delete page” in “Options” group box is for specify a single page to be deleted from the original pdf file. “Delete pages from A to B” is to specify the range from A to B of which the pages will be removed. The third option of the group box is the same as the tab [Split PDF file/Extract pages].

[Merge PDF files] tab presented in the third snapshot is for merging multiple files into one single pdf file. All pdf files in the table of “Source PDF Files” will be merged into one single pdf file. You can use the buttons [Add], [Remove], [Up] and [Down] to manipulate the files in the list.

In the fourth screen snapshot, [Cross-Merge PDF Files] tab offers the function of cross-merging. It merges the two pdf files of “PDF File1” and “PDF File2” into the single “Output PDF File”. The odd number pages of the output pdf file will be from PDF File1 and the even number ones from PDF File2.

In every tab, there is a button [Options] which can activate a dialog as shown in the last snapshot. In the dialog, check the boxes to retain the “Bookmarks” and “AcroForms” of the original pdf file when saving the output pdf files. Press [Run] of each tab to run the corresponding pdf organizing operation.

PDF Page Organizer offers those four types of organizing pdf functions above, and the program supports these features:
Organize specified pages of pdf.
Extract specified pdf pages from a pdf file.
Extract each page of pdf to one separate pdf file.
Delete specified pages from a pdf file.
Split one pdf file into multiple pdf files.
Split pdf files using bookmarks as split points.
Merge multiple pdf files into one single pdf file.
Cross merge two pdf files into one single pdf file – odd and even pages of the output pdf file come from the first and the second source pdf file, respectively.
Retain the bookmarks and AcroForms of the source pdf file when saving the output pdf files.
