Convert Word to PNG, DOC to PNG, DOCX to PNG

You can convert a Microsoft Office Word document to PNG for creating a thumbnail for the document or other reasons. There are four different methods to add your Word documents to the file list:
Select [File] [Add Files], and then choose your documents in the subsequent popup dialog of Windows file picker.
Select [File] [Add Directory], and select the directory that contains those Word documents via the dialog box of “Browse for Folder”.
Press the button of [Add File(s)] in the main window form of the program, and pick your Word documents in the dialog.

For converting Word to PNG, you need to set the target format before the conversion. Select [File] [Settings], then you will see a setting dialog box as presented in the next screen snapshot.

In tab [Base Setting] of the setting dialog, choose “png” in the dropdown list of “Output format”. If you want the program automatically to open the converted PNG image with the associated application, please check the box “View after conversion”. Press [OK] to save the settings and exit the dialog.
In the main window form of the program, click the button of [Start] to start the conversion. If you have not set the default target directory, you should see a dialog inquiring for selecting a directory to save the converted PNG images.
