Last week, I found a useful PDF file and intended to directly use it in my presentation. As everyone knows, PPT is the best choice to do a presentation.

Easily copy contents from Word to PDF

4. Click “Convert to PDF And Save As” on the main interface to process the tasks. Then a dialog box will pop up, select a folder to save the PDF file(s), and click OK button of dialog box. 

After a while, you can view the converted PDF files in the destination folder directly.
